DALI4in - universal DALI pushbutton controller

DALI4in is a 4-channel pushbutton input designed for DIN rail mounting in a switchboard, providing versatile options for integration and control in DALI systems. This module offers four separate inputs, each of which can be configured to perform one of 11 available functions. This allows the user to tailor the control to the specific needs of the application, whether it is lighting control or other DALI equipment.

Configuring the DALI4in unit is easy and is done via the DALIusb/DALI232 unit and the DALIconfig software, which is free to download. This intuitive tool provides access to set various parameters for each input, allowing the unit to be flexibly adapted to different types of installations and application scenarios.

DALI4in is powered directly from the DALI bus, eliminating the need for an external power supply. This feature simplifies installation and increases the reliability of the system, as it uses the unified power infrastructure of the DALI bus.

In addition to the four push-button inputs, the DALI4in also features one analog input that can be used to connect, for example, a temperature sensor or other analog sensor. This additional input expands the capabilities of the device, making it suitable for complex automation systems where multiple factors, such as temperature in addition to lighting, need to be monitored or controlled.

DALI4in's compact design and flexibility make it ideal for a wide range of applications in lighting control and other building automation systems.
